EXCEPTIONAL Experience! Truly outstanding customer service, prices and craftsmanship! We are new to the Cape Cod area and doing a total kitchen renovation. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable showing us several stone slabs. We walked through the area craftsman were working the stones, very impressive work. The price from Julia was VERY reasonable, we had selected Quartzite. Neilson? took our stone selection and designed the pieces to accentuate the natural flow of the stone to best display within the layout. We were pleasantly surprised took less than a week to get delivery! Installers Izaias and Alex were meticulous and did a fantastic job! I could not say enough regarding the wonderful service, installation, craftsmanship, and follow up experience with Amazon Granite and Marble. They recently installed a stunning countertop and table top in our kitchen and could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Clara was amazing from day one- assisting with picking out the perfect slab, arranging service appts. She’s extremely friendly and returned all/any inquiries ASAP. Supporting local businesses is important to us and even more so when it’s female owned and operated with multi generations of family members, and other craftsman who are obviously treated as part of their family. Everyone at Amazon Granite is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. They spent a considerable amount of time with my husband and I to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. At Amazon, you get to pick out exactly which piece you want to use, and use a stencil to pick out which part of the piece you want in your home. I know a lot of other places you just pick the name of the granite, and they cut it for you. At Amazon, they wanted to make sure we got to choose every last detail and were happy. We really appreciated all the time they spent with us. The install went very well, too. The installers were professional and courteous. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bathroom! My wife and I visited Amazon Granite for a countertop and sink for our bathroom vanity. Ana helped my wife pick out 3 choices and promised a quote by the end of the day. We went to 3 other places that day, all showing us samples and promising quotes by the end of the day. Ana had our quotes in my email before the close of that day. The other places got us quotes two to three days later. Glad to say Amazon’s pricing was in line with their competitors. We contracted with Amazon and had our counter installed before the end of the following week. We were very pleased with the prompt, efficient and quality service and install. I visited several countertop providers to explore different materials and color patterns before deciding on a blue pearl granite countertop. I was very particular about selecting the slab, and working with the staff at Amazon made the process easy and enjoyable. Julia, Joe, and Dayanny were all very friendly, accommodating, and genuinely interested in my project. Andre handled the installation, and the countertop looks absolutely fantastic. One issue I had was that the faucet, which was included, did not have the appropriate hardware, so I had to purchase one on my own, however they reimbursed me for their faucet. I couldn’t be happier with the result and can’t wait to show it off! ~ steve s

Dayanny and the crew at Amazon have far exceeded my expectations and dreams for my kitchen. Meeting with Dayanny for the first time was effortless. She’s kind and gives you her opinion but not in a pushy way. She made choosing the granite and finishing touches fun, as it should be. As for the installation, I was just as impressed with Silas (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and his assistant as I was with Dayanny. They made sure the granite was installed correctly and cleaned everything before leaving. From start to finish, our experience was amazing. Amazon granite has been absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. We called to check in on progress and install date and they had mentioned their machine was down and it put a delay in their schedule. I mentioned I am pregnant and going to deliver within a week and a half. They did everything they could to speed up the process and surprised us with being able to install the next day, little did we know we would be in the hospital earlier than expected that evening and they were so nice and accommodating, on top of congratulating us. We had a wonderful experience working with Amazon Granite and Marble. We fell in love with the slabs of granite months before our project was to begin, and with a small deposit it was held safe and secure for us when we needed it. Dayanny, the owner, and Maria were great to work with answering any questions or concerns we had, getting back to us almost immediately. We purchased our GORGEOUS Quartzite countertop from Amazon Granite and Marble just a few weeks ago. I walked in on a Thursday,. just to browse. Anna spent 2 hours with me (without an appointment) and I left with several quotes. The next day, we paid our deposit and the following Friday, 8 days later, the installers arrived and did their magic. Dayanny and her team are just the best. They were super responsive, able to accommodate my request in a very short amount of time and able to provide options all at a very good price. I develop real estate and Amazon Granite is now my go-to for any granite I need in the future. Dayanny even sent me a card after the project was over asking if everything was okay. What a great company. Clara was great to work with from picking out the granite for our counter tops and helping us decide on the edging we wanted. The communication was spot on for the scheduling of getting the template done and for the installation which was only three days apart. The install team took great care to make sure everything was perfect and did an awesome job from getting the counter tops in place and making sure our kitchen was clean when they finished. Dayanna and her staff were beyond helpful! Our kitchen project was at a standstill due to issues with another countertop vendor in the area. Amazon was eager to jump in and help. Their showroom was filled with options and they patiently helped us through the process of selecting a beautiful quartz stone to match our kitchen. Once selected they had the materials sourced, delivered to their facility, cut and installed in 1 week. They were the best out of three sources we solicited. Julianna provided excellent service showing me the different types and did it again when I brought my husband back in. Klaus who measured and install our countertops didn’t think twice about coming back to remeasure due to some changes we made.
